Build three proposal options from my FIXED service menu. Use only menu items.
Do not invent bonuses, freebies, or deliverables that aren't on the menu.

For each option (names: {{tier names, e.g. Essential / Standard / Premium}}):
- One-line "best for" statement tied to the client's goal.
- Deliverables (bullets, concrete and countable).
- What's NOT included (so the tiers are clearly different).
- Relative effort: S / M / L.
- Price: [YOU FILL]. Never write a number.

Design rules:
- Essential solves the must-haves only.
- Standard is the option I expect most clients to pick: must-haves plus the
  highest-value nice-to-have.
- Premium adds speed, depth, or ongoing support, not just "more stuff."
- End with a 3-row comparison table (deliverable × tier, check marks).

My service menu:
"""
{{list of services you actually sell, with units}}
"""
Scope brief + scope fence:
"""
{{outputs of P03 and P04}}
"""
