This is your private record of every Facebook post you create. It lives in your browser. Nothing is stored online, nothing is shared. Open it whenever you need to know what you have made, what is live, and what is working.
Click the Setup tab and spend two minutes adding your page names, saved audiences and destination URLs. Your dropdowns will be pre-loaded from then on -- no typing the same values repeatedly every time you log a post.
Click Add content and fill in what you know. Posted to and Destination URL fields are now dropdowns populated from your setup. You do not need all the fields straight away -- add analytics numbers later when they are available.
Set status to Draft when you create the post. Change it to Live the moment you publish. This keeps your This week count accurate.
Go into Facebook Analytics and note the numbers for each live post. Click Edit to update: reach, impressions, reactions, comments, shares, link clicks, video plays, page follows.
Organic reach on Facebook is low by design. Shares are the strongest signal -- they extend reach without paid spend. Track link clicks to measure how well posts drive traffic.
Click the ★ next to any post that is performing well. These appear on the Top performers tab so you can see patterns and make better decisions about what to create next.
As your Facebook presence grows, go back to the Setup tab to add new URLs, hashtag sets or other values. Click Save setup and your dropdowns update immediately.
Your data is saved in this browser on this device. Click Export CSV regularly to keep a backup. To move to a new device, export your CSV first.
Add your recurring values below -- URLs, hashtag sets, audio names and more. Click Save setup and your dropdowns will be pre-loaded every time you log a post. Update any time as your account grows.
